Other solutions such as Carbonite will continuously backup as the files are changed. The benefit of the incremental backup is that bandwidth is not wasted backing up files that have not changed also the backups in the future take a lot less time. Options in the Mozy interface make it possible to control how much bandwidth is used to do the online backups so that Mozy does not use all of the bandwidth on your internet connection when you need it for other things.
